Responsibilities

- Develop implementation frameworks for emerging tech including quantum computing and neuromorphic chips
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neuromorphic systems, or spatial computing
- Track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants or corporate venture funding
