Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and align stakeholders on vision
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position company as an industry pioneer
- Develop detailed business cases for pilot programs targeting 2026 technology adoption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, Business, or related field
