Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, prioritizing quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and futurists in prototype development
- Establish frameworks for AI governance and ethical technology deployment
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from government and private sector partners
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits
- Mentor next-generation tech leaders through our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and sustainable tech design
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, Rust preferred)
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and international innovation funding
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks
