- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype and scale innovative solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech incubators, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify first-mover advantages in future tech domains
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future-tech initiatives on business growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and market research capabilities with futurist mindset
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
