Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration and innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Define KPIs and success metrics for future technology investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) preferred
