Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive tech trends and competitive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and ESG goals
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and investors
- Drive ethical AI development and responsible tech deployment frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with global impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
