- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Create innovation frameworks to evaluate long-term technological investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and the board
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI assessment
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to global deployment
