- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and sustainable development goals
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI in emerging tech ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2026+ vision implementation
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum algorithms, neurotech interfaces
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar credential preferred
