Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) to define strategic priorities for 2026
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Engineering) in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI using advanced analytics
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board members with compelling data narratives
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CDMP, CIMS) a plus
