Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech) for commercial application
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
