Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology adoption strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Produce competitive intelligence reports and technology roadmaps
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and invest in disruptive startups
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and market analysis capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (preferred)
- Experience in agile/lean methodologies and startup environments
