Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic implementation plans for disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align tech adoption with business objectives
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present compelling tech roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex tech scenarios
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
