Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor competitor landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future technologies
- Manage innovation portfolio budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum systems)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
