- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline ROI and market adoption
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Drive scenario planning for disruptive technology shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, IITD)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
