Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps with 18-36 month implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact on business growth
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis
- Certified in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or MBA preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making
- Published thought leadership in technology publications
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, energy) a plus
