Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 horizons with emphasis on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies through agile innovation sprints
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology maturity metrics
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior innovation specialists through structured knowledge-sharing programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful emerging tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or technology strategy preferred
