Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateNext as a technology pioneer
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate next-gen solutions into core offerings
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage an external network of academic, startup, and industry innovators
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies at scale
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
