Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation milestones
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future technologies into core products and services
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and track adoption metrics
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Foster an internal culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience developing and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication abilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies a plus
