- Develop and execute technology adoption frameworks for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech initiatives
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market opportunity assessments
- Build financial models for emerging tech investments and ROI projections
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSPP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
