Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and develop 3-5 year implementation strategies
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation products with $10M+ annual budget
- Partner with C-suite to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Build and manage a global team of 15+ futurists and technical specialists
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for 2026 deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech teams and products from concept to launch
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent strategic foresight training
