Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030 innovation cycles
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across 15+ industry verticals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize R&D investments in quantum, AI, and biotech
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Assess ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Author thought leadership reports and industry white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
