Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Track record securing $30M+ in government innovation grants
- Deep expertise in ISO 20700 tech foresight methodologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
