Responsibilities

- Partner with VCs and startups to identify disruptive technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology projects
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment and biotech governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or startups
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or clean tech
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to market
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
