Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across enterprise operations

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in neurotech and climate engineering
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investors quarterly
- Manage $15M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Mentor junior researchers through our 'Future Leaders' program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI safety
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from lab to market
- Security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
