Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech initiatives into corporate vision
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects with 15+ stakeholders across engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D acceleration
- Mentor junior strategists in future tech methodologies and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI accountability
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive board experience
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
