- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley labs
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary future-tech innovations
- Mentor junior researchers on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience with technology foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
