Responsibilities
- Lead market research and trend analysis for 2026+ technological shifts (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web)
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging regulations
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype breakthrough solutions in our Future Labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget across pilot projects and vendor partnerships
- Champion responsible innovation frameworks for ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (AI/AR/quantum)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and horizon scanning
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Tel Aviv)
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and technology governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
