Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across quantum, AI, and sustainable tech domains
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives bridging engineering, product, and business units
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact of emerging technology adoption
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
