Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with organizational vision
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech strategies into business operations
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Develop intellectual property frameworks and contribute to patent applications
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology futures
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
