Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) with 2026 market impact potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across product lines and business units
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify first-mover advantages in emerging sectors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation incubation programs for prototype development and testing
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption success and ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within high-growth sectors
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF, or equivalent)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
