Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 2026 technology roadmaps
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) into core business strategy
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Technology Futures preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
