Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with leading universities and research institutions
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech talks, and cross-departmental collaboration
- Ensure ethical implementation of future-facing technologies with sustainability focus
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech integration with published research
- Executive experience building and scaling high-performing technical teams
- Strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystem (VCs, academics, industry leaders)
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
