- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property protection frameworks

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in launching disruptive technologies (3+ products/services)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech)
- Strong background in technology ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
