- Present at global tech summits and publish industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum solutions
- Expertise in sustainable tech frameworks (ISO 14064, ESG standards)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred
