Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and carbon-negative tech
- Architect commercialization strategies for breakthrough technologies with $10M+ market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present innovation portfolios to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing principles
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
