Responsibilities
- Architect and lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Secure $2M+ annual research grants and manage cross-functional innovation teams
- Develop patentable technologies with 90%+ commercial viability potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and Fortune 500 tech incubators
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Drive 40% YoY improvement in innovation pipeline efficiency
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing disruptive technologies (3+ products launched)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, AGI development, or sustainable energy systems
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Secured $5M+ in government/private research funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
