Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year tech strategy for 2026+ horizon, integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and synthetic biology
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen interfaces (neural, holographic, environmental)
- Drive sustainable tech innovation through circular economy principles and carbon-negative engineering
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with market disruption timelines
- Establish innovation incubators for 2026-ready technologies
- Lead global talent acquisition in emerging tech specializations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced R&D, with 5+ years in strategic tech foresight
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Bioengineering, or AI Systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of launching category-defining technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: neuromorphic systems, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Certification in AI Ethics or Technology Impact Assessment
- Experience with venture capital innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in future scenario planning and technology roadmapping
