Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (Generative AI, Spatial Computing, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical trends into scalable business strategies.
- Predict and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology shifts and competitive landscape changes.
- Oversee pilot programs and R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies to validate strategic hypotheses.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and trend analysts to maintain a forward-looking culture.
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and drive consensus on long-term investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of defining long-term (5-10 year) strategic visions for high-growth tech companies.
- Deep understanding of the 2026 technology landscape, including the evolution of Generative AI and Web3 integration.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and scenario planning methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
