- Lead the Research & Development (R&D) strategy for next-generation product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level vision into executable technical roadmaps.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Generative AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing).
- Present strategic innovation plans and prototypes to the executive board and stakeholders.
- Oversee pilot programs and feasibility studies for future tech prototypes.
- Establish partnerships with startups and academic institutions focused on 2026 trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or product development.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and preparing organizations for 2026 and beyond.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and edge computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and technical teams.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Future Tech is a strong plus.
