Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech convergence) and integrating them into business strategy.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into tangible product features and engineering goals.
- Analyze market shifts and competitor innovations to anticipate disruptions in the 2026 landscape.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies, assessing viability and scalability.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with quarterly execution.
- Establish ethical guidelines and frameworks for the deployment of advanced technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or engineering leadership within a major tech organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies, specifically AI, Blockchain, or Cloud Infrastructure, with a keen interest in their evolution by 2026.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining high-level concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
