Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning tech innovation with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development efforts in emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Solutions, and Augmented Reality.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive capacity.
