Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the end-to-end development of the company’s 2026 strategic roadmap, defining clear milestones and KPIs for technology adoption.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology landscapes to identify emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) and assess their relevance to our business.
- Innovation Incubation: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives and incubation programs to prototype and validate future-facing solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and external partners to align technology strategy with broader corporate goals.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis on competitor technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Future-Proofing: Design scalable infrastructure strategies that ensure business continuity and adaptability in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA preferred), or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related senior leadership role within the tech industry.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Blockchain, IoT) and their business applications.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex strategic initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
