Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biocomputing) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present compelling tech narratives to stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation deployment
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in our R&D pipeline
- Mentor junior futurists and build a high-performing innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching products that shaped industry paradigms
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with global tech ecosystem mapping and trend analysis
