Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions (AR/VR, quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships with universities
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on product strategy
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, IoT, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
- Experience with agile/Scrum methodologies in tech innovation
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
