Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present future technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology trends and implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and market analysis capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences and investors
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy (e.g., CDIO)
