Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Architect governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Develop commercialization strategies for next-gen technologies with potential $1B+ market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent)
