Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Technology Innovation Roadmap, aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and guide their technical development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven 5+ year vision implementation
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, IITD)
- Track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
