Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in frontier technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Architect scalable frameworks for next-gen digital ecosystems and decentralized networks
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with long-term growth targets
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech startups for strategic partnerships or acquisition

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products with market impact
- Expertise in at least two frontier domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
