Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3) for strategic integration and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Mentor engineering teams on future-proof architecture and sustainable tech implementation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies preferred
