Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with measurable milestones
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Present future-tech strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage innovation lab initiatives with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Produce quarterly future-tech impact assessments for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrated 5-year planning success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing innovation labs or R&D teams
